Due to zoning codes on the island, they require a minimum of 7 night stay at each property.

We will have a full guide to AMI and the surrounding areas featuring all our favorite shops, restaurants, beaches etc.

Yes! We love little ones and the area offers family fun for all. You can add a crib, a highchair, and plastic dishes.

Yes! We have two Blue Jay Bikes on site to use complimentary and will reserve by family for one day each week of your stay. When checking out, please specify in the comments your top two preferred days to reserve.

Use the bike at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or damage to other property. Damages to the bike will result in a minimum $500 fee. By agreeing to use the bikes, you are agreeing to this policy.

Sarasota or Tampa

We recommend ubering from the airport and renting a golf cart locally. You always have the option of renting a car and driving in.

There will not be a washer/dryer on site however, we will be offering midweek towel service to cover any beach towels and bath towels.

You have 48 hours to cancel your reservation from the time of booking.   After that you have up to 7 days to cancel with a 50% refund.  Once your reservation has been booked beyond the 7 days no cancelations will receive a refund.

We will be unable to make credit or cancelation exceptions due to weather delays or disruptions. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance due to possible weather shifts and storm progressions. 

If COVID-19 affects your future travel plans, Joie Inn's cancelation policy will apply.

We are a non-smoking facility.

No pets are allowed.

You must be 21 or older to reserve with Joie Inn.

No mail forwarding is allowed.

Check-in is at 4, and Check out is at 10. Check-in is contactless and you will be emailed a code and check-in details prior to your arrival.

Due to our short amount of time to prepare the property for guests, we cannot offer early check-in, and we do not have secure facilities to hold luggage.

We are located a block from Holmes Beach, less than a minute walk.
